Telephone survey

It may sound simple: Make a series of telephone calls to a sampling of respondents. Deliver meaningful results. It's anything but simple. The hardest part is what happens beforehand, and that's what SRA Research Group is especially good at.

 

Our staff has the experience and training to ask the right questions at the beginning of a research project-the "discovery session." And we know that we must listen carefully to your answers.

With a full understanding of your objectives, SRA Research Group crafts a questionnaire designed to deliver the information that you need. It's never finalized until it is thoroughly tested by our analysts.

Sample Selection

The most challenging part of market research can be selecting an appropriate sampling. How can a survey tell you if a high-end private club will be successful if the respondent pool isn't comprised of the people who can deliver the answers? Always on-target, never haphazard, SRA Research Group is skilled at putting together a sampling that will deliver the most accurate results.

CATI System

We do everything possible to reduce the possibility of human error. When the survey takes place, it is conducted at our on-site center by trained interviewers, who are guided by our on-site CATI system (Computer Aided Telephone Interview system). The CATI system gathers and tabulates the data.

As with all of our projects, we compile the results and deliver a comprehensive, easy-to-understand report that can include varying levels of statistical analysis. It's hardly simple, but you can depend on SRA Research Group to do what it takes behind the scenes to deliver information that is accurate.
